Dr. Nesrine Marouani

Dr. Nesrine Marouani is a French Board‑Certified Endocrinologist with over 10 years of clinical experience in the management of complex endocrine and metabolic disorders. She completed her medical degree and specialist training at Pierre et Marie Curie University (Paris) and Jean Monnet University (Saint‑Étienne), with additional training in nephrology and infectious diseases. She later served as Head of the Endocrine Clinic at Saint‑Étienne Hospital and Jean Monnet University. Her practice spans comprehensive outpatient and inpatient endocrine care, alongside active involvement in medical education and clinical training.

In 2020, she relocated to Switzerland as an independent Consultant Endocrinologist, expanding her expertise in Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, including advanced diabetes technologies such as continuous glucose monitoring, insulin pumps, and automated insulin delivery systems. She has particular expertise in managing closed‑loop systems, AID platforms, and complex insulin pump therapies. Dr. Marouani also provides specialized care in obesity and metabolic syndrome, including medical weight‑loss therapies (GLP‑1 and GLP‑1/GIP) and pre‑ and post‑bariatric surgery follow‑up.
