Dr. Omer Baldo is a Consultant Urological Surgeon who completed his training at the Yorkshire School of Surgery and the All-Yorkshire Specialist Registrar Programme in Urology. He developed specialist interests in andrology and female urology, supported by award-winning research on erectile dysfunction as an early marker for cardiovascular disease, recognised at the 2008 European Association of Urology Congress in Milan. In 2013, he was appointed Consultant Urological Surgeon at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust.

Dr. Muhammad Elmussareh

Dr. Muhammad Elmussareh is a UK board-certified (CCT) Consultant Urological Surgeon with subspecialist expertise in minimally invasive, robotic, and laparoscopic surgery for both benign and cancerous urinary tract conditions. His primary focus is robotic surgery for upper urinary tract and kidney conditions, including partial and radical nephrectomy, pyeloplasty, ureteric reconstruction, and robotic adrenalectomy. Dr. Uwais Bashir Mufti

Dr. Shahzad Shah

Dr Shahzad Shah is a UK-trained Consultant Urologist with nearly 20 years of experience in the diagnosis and management of benign and malignant urological conditions. He has extensive expertise in urinary symptoms, urological cancers, blood in urine, genital swellings, sexual dysfunction, and kidney and urinary stones.
He trained at Guy’s & St Thomas’ and Medway Maritime Hospitals NHS Trust and completed a fellowship in Female and Functional Urology and Men’s Health at St James’s Teaching Hospital, Leeds. Dr Shah later served as a Consultant Urological Surgeon at Southend University Hospitals and West Herts Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, where he led the functional and female urology and urodynamics services and acted as governance and risk lead.
He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and holds certification from the UK Intercollegiate Board and the European Board of Urology. His subspecialist interests include disorders of urinary flow, overactive bladder, urinary incontinence, and bladder outflow obstruction. Dr Shah is highly skilled in urodynamic investigations, prostate surgery including bipolar TURP and minimally invasive steam therapy, and intravesical botox.
