Dr. Olfa Ben Hadj Khalifa Koobar is a French Consultant Neonatologist as well as Consultant Pediatrician at Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai. She holds an MD in Pediatrics and a subspecialty in Neonatology, with proven competency in pediatric patient care, medical knowledge, and practice‑based learning and improvement. French Board‑certified, she completed all her medical studies in France, earning her medical degree from Nice Sophia Antipolis University in 2009 and her Pediatrics specialty degree from Strasbourg University in 2013.
