Dr. Zulfiya Mamaeva

Dr. Zulfiya Mamaeva is a highly experienced Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist with over 22 years of clinical expertise across Russia and Ireland. She is widely recognized for delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care, with particular expertise in high-risk obstetrics, advanced laparoscopic surgery, and complex gynecological procedures. She obtained her MD from Dagestan State Medical Academy and completed her specialist training and PhD at the Scientific Centre of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology in Moscow. After relocating to Ireland, she earned Membership and Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and additional diplomas in Women’s Health and Obstetric & Gynecological Ultrasound from University College Dublin. Dr. Mamaeva has worked across all three of Ireland’s tertiary maternity hospitals and St. James’s Hospital, holding leadership roles in ambulatory gynecology and diabetic antenatal care, and serving as an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. She has performed thousands of deliveries and complex procedures and holds international fellowships in cosmetic gynecology and minimally invasive surgery, with extensive expertise in advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic techniques.
