Dr. Mesrure Kaplan

Dr. Mesrure Kaplan is a highly experienced Obstetrician and Gynecologist who qualified as a medical doctor at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands and completed her specialization at the VU University of Amsterdam. She has broad expertise in general gynecology, managing conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian tumors, tubal pathology, menstrual and menopausal disorders, adolescent gynecological conditions, pelvic infections, subfertility, recurrent miscarriages, and gynecological emergencies.

Dr. Kaplan is skilled in the diagnosis and treatment of abnormal Pap smears, including colposcopy, biopsy, LEEP and LLETZ procedures, as well as in contraception counseling, preconception care, and hormone replacement therapy. Her obstetric experience covers both low- and high-risk pregnancies, including breech and twin pregnancies, placenta praevia, VBAC, normal and instrumental vaginal deliveries, and simple to complex Caesarean sections, with comprehensive postnatal care.

She has advanced surgical expertise in minimally invasive laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures, including ovarian cyst and hydrosalpinx removal, endometriosis surgery, and fibroid and polyp resection. In addition, she performs vaginal and abdominal hysterectomy, pelvic floor and prolapse surgery, vaginal and Bartholin cyst surgery, and treatments for miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy, providing patient-centered care with a strong focus on shared decision-making.
