Dr. Mavin Macauley is a distinguished UK-trained consultant physician specializing in endocrinology and diabetes with 21 years of experience across the UK, New Zealand, Sierra Leone, and the UAE. Dr Mavin is passionate about transforming diabetes and metabolic care through innovation, from advanced glucose technologies to remission strategies for Type 2 Diabetes.

Dr Mavin is dual board certified by the Royal College of Physician Edinburgh (RCPE) and Royal Australasian College of Physician (RACP) in Endocrinology, Diabetes and General Medicine. He completed his Doctor of Medicine degree (MD – by research in Type 2 diabetes, Newcastle University in 2016).
