Dr. Amir Javaid is a distinguished Consultant Psychiatrist with extensive experience in psychiatry and internal medicine, having worked for several years as a senior consultant in the UK. He is registered with the UK General Medical Council, the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council, and holds DOH eligibility. Dr. Javaid completed his Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT/CESR) in Psychiatry in the UK in 2022 and is a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych). He holds an MBBS from Lahore Medical & Dental College and a Master of Science in Gastroenterology from Queen Mary University of London.

He is highly experienced in autism and intellectual disability and brings a unique dual background in psychiatry and gastroenterology to his clinical practice. His special interests include mood disorders, psychosis, autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disability, non-epileptic attack disorder, and functional gastrointestinal disorders.
