Dr. Ammar Allouni is a UK-trained Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Chief of the Plastic and Burn Surgery Department at Sheikh Tahnoon Medical City and Tawam Hospital in the UAE. He is fully accredited in the UK and listed on the General Medical Council’s Specialist Register for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, with full registration in both the UK (GMC) and UAE (DOH). After graduating from Cairo University in 2004, he pursued plastic surgery training abroad before completing higher surgical training in the Yorkshire and Humber Deanery rotation in the UK.

Dr. Allouni currently also serves as a Consultant at Hull University Teaching Hospitals, with a special interest in breast microsurgical reconstruction following advanced fellowship training at the University Hospitals of South Manchester. With over 18 years of experience across the UK National Health Service and private sector, he specializes in aesthetic surgery of the face, breast, and body, alongside complex trauma, hand surgery, and skin cancer reconstruction. He further refined his aesthetic expertise through the prestigious CAPSCO Aesthetic Fellowship at Wood Medispa in Devon.
