Dr. Omer Baldo is a Consultant Urological Surgeon who is working at the Burjeel Day Surgery Center, Al Reem Island, Dubai, as Consultant Urology Surgeon. He completed his training at the Yorkshire School of Surgery and the All-Yorkshire Specialist Registrar Programme in Urology. He developed specialist interests in andrology and female urology, supported by award-winning research on erectile dysfunction as an early marker for cardiovascular disease, recognised at the 2008 European Association of Urology Congress in Milan. In 2013, he was appointed Consultant Urological Surgeon at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust.
His clinical practice covers all aspects of general urology, including urinary tract infections and kidney stones. He has a specialist focus on prostate conditions such as benign enlargement and prostate cancer. Dr. Baldo provides advanced prostate treatments including TURP, GreenLight laser prostatectomy, HoLEP, Rezum, and UroLift procedures.
