Dr. Paul Charlesworth is a Consultant Pediatric Surgeon currently practicing at SEHA Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Abu Dhabi. A Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, he brings over 25 years of experience in pediatric and neonatal surgery. He earned his medical degree from The Royal London School of Medicine & Dentistry in 2001 and began his specialist pediatric surgical training in 2004. He also completed a Master’s degree in Surgical Sciences with distinction. His training was undertaken at leading UK centers including Great Ormond Street Hospital, King’s College Hospital, The Royal London Hospital, and Manchester Children’s Hospital. Dr. Charlesworth was awarded the prestigious Worshipful Society of Cutlers Fellowship in Surgery, with a focus on advanced laparoscopic surgery in children. He has also served as a Consultant Pediatric Surgeon at The Royal London Hospital, managing complex pediatric surgical cases. In addition, he has authored more than 50 international publications, reflecting his strong commitment to evidence-based surgical care.
