Dr. Min Wei is an accomplished Family Medicine physician with extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient care. She began her clinical career in 2008 at The Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, where she progressed from Resident to Chief Resident and Associated Attending in the Surgical ICU, gaining strong expertise in critical care. In 2013, she joined United Family Healthcare as a Family Medicine fellow, rotating across major centers in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Australia, which broadened her exposure to international healthcare systems. She further strengthened her clinical knowledge by achieving a high score in the American Board of Family Medicine In-Training Examination in 2017. In 2018, she obtained the International Postgraduate Pediatric Certificate from Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network.
Between 2018 and 2020, Dr. Min served as a Family Medicine Physician at Guangzhou United Family Hospital while also working as an ACLS Instructor with the American Heart Association. She was appointed Section Chief of Family Medicine (Inpatient) in 2021, demonstrating strong leadership and clinical governance skills. In 2022, she advanced to become Chair of Family Medicine, playing a key role in shaping departmental strategy and services. Dr. Min remains committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while advancing the practice of Family Medicine.
