Dr. Alison Finall is a Consultant Anatomical Pathologist with over 23 years of medical practice experience. She is currently Head of Anatomical Pathology at PureLab in the UAE. In this role, she provides medical oversight of anatomical pathology laboratories across Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah.
Dr. Finall has a strong interest in thoracic, gynaecological, and molecular pathology. She is recognised for leading innovative service development projects that enhance productivity and quality in molecular diagnostics and laboratory processes.
Her expertise also extends to medical education and advancing laboratory standards. Known for her leadership and reliability, she is committed to improving diagnostic services and patient outcomes through modernised pathology practices.
Dr. Ahmed Soliman

Dr. Ahmed Soliman is a Consultant in Anatomic Pathology currently practicing at Al Zahra Pvt. Hospital Dubai. He holds FRCPath qualifications and has extensive experience in surgical pathology, clinical research, and medical education. Dr. Soliman is an active member of the Mohs multidisciplinary team and has served as Clinical Lead in Head and Neck pathology and Deputy Lead in Gynaecology and Cancers of Unknown Primary.
He is also involved in national External Quality Assurance (EQA) schemes and maintains a strong commitment to continuous professional development. In addition to his clinical work, he tutors and examines medical students at Liverpool Medical School.
Dr. Soliman has also supervised biomedical scientists progressing toward advanced practitioner roles. Fluent in both English and Arabic, he combines diagnostic expertise with a strong dedication to teaching and advancing pathology practices to improve patient care.

Dr. Abdawn earned her medical degree from the University of Baghdad. She is passionate about advancing histopathology through research, education, and innovation. Committed to patient-centered care, she emphasizes collaboration and effective communication between pathologists and clinicians. Her work focuses on delivering accurate diagnoses and high-quality reporting for a diverse range of cases.
