Dr. Jawad Ali is a Consultant Physician in General Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine with over 20 years of experience across the United Kingdom, Asia, and the Middle East. He completed his UK Specialist Registration in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine in 2022 and continues to deliver high-quality care at University Hospital Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. His clinical expertise includes managing complex and acutely unwell patients, frailty, perioperative care, bone health, and movement disorders, with a particular focus on Parkinson’s disease. Dr. Jawad provides comprehensive care for older adults, including dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, chronic disease management, medication optimization, falls prevention, rehabilitation, palliative care, and end-of-life support. He also manages common medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease across adult age groups.
