Dr. Fareeha Rizvi is a highly experienced Consultant in Diabetes, Endocrinology, and General/Internal Medicine, and a former Head of Department (Clinical Lead), with over 18 years of clinical practice across London, the South East of England, and Dubai. She is widely recognised as a trusted family medicine and general medical doctor in Dubai, providing comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, preventive health services, and continuity of care. Her special interests include the reversal of pre-diabetes and Type 2 diabetes through diet, lifestyle intervention, and weight management, with particular expertise in managing Type 2 diabetes in South Asian populations, addressing cultural and dietary challenges. Dr. Rizvi has extensive expertise in Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, gestational and pregnancy-related diabetes, diabetes-related kidney disease, and the use of diabetes technology, as well as thyroid disease in pregnancy. She also manages complex endocrine disorders of the pituitary, adrenal, and thyroid glands, PCOS, and weight management, including treatment with GLP-1 medications.
