Dr. Sarah A. Francis is a seasoned Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist with over 15 years of experience in the UK’s National Health Service. She earned her MBChB from The College of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences in Sierra Leone, completed her MRCOG from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, UK, and holds a Diploma from the Faculty of Family Planning (DFFP).

Dr. Francis has expertise in ambulatory gynecology, minimally invasive and robotic laparoscopic surgery, pediatric and adolescent gynecology, and obstetrics, including high-risk pregnancies, twin and breech deliveries, and Caesarean sections. She has extensive experience managing benign gynecological conditions, abnormal uterine bleeding, polycystic ovarian syndrome, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, and early malignant disease of the uterus and ovaries.

Her surgical skills include diagnostic and therapeutic hysteroscopy, removal of polyps and fibroids, hysterectomies, and management of ectopic pregnancies. Dr. Francis has also played a key role in developing ambulatory gynecology services and holds memberships with the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists (RCOG) and the British Society for Gynecological Endoscopy (BSGE).
