Dr. Jessica Schwarts Pumar is an ENT Specialist trained in Venezuela and Chile, with dedicated subspecialty training in Snoring and Obstructive Sleep Apnea completed in Mexico. She has extensive international clinical experience in the management of sleep-disordered breathing and is actively involved in academic teaching worldwide. A diplomate in Sleep Medicine, Dr. Schwarts remains at the forefront of advances in sleep surgery and sleep medicine, integrating evidence-based practice with innovative surgical and non-surgical approaches. Dr. Schwarts is a board member of the Ibero-American Society of Sleep Surgery (SIBECS) and an active member of leading international societies, including the International Sleep Surgery Society, the European Sleep Research Society, and the World Sleep Society. She is the first female surgeon certified in Hypoglossal Nerve Stimulation implantation for Obstructive Sleep Apnea in the Middle East. Her clinical expertise includes the management of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea in adults and children, adenoid and tonsillar hypertrophy, allergic rhinitis, acute and chronic sinusitis, ear, nose, and throat infections, hearing loss, and epistaxis. She also provides pediatric and family- centered sleep coaching, including support for maternity patients, offering a holistic and patient- centered approach to ENT and sleep care.
