Dr. Andrew Liam Winge is a Consultant in Emergency Medicine with 28 years of clinical experience and is currently practicing at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City in Abu Dhabi. He graduated from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in 2000 and was commissioned into the United States Air Force. He initially completed a residency in Family Medicine and remains board‑certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Winge later practiced in Idaho, including a deployment to Balad, Iraq, where he provided frontline care in a high‑acuity trauma environment. He subsequently completed a second residency in Emergency Medicine at Brooke Army Medical Center / Wilford Hall Medical Center and is also board‑certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. Following another deployment to Kirkuk, Iraq, he completed Physician Training in Age Management Medicine through the Cenegenics Foundation. Dr. Winge served 17 years on active duty in the U.S. Air Force and was honorably discharged at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
