Dr. Intaek Lee is a highly experienced General and Colorectal Surgeon with over 20 years of expertise in colorectal surgery. He has performed nearly 1,000 colorectal cancer surgeries as a primary surgeon and conducted more than 10,000 diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopies. He completed his general surgery residency at Asan Medical Centre and pursued a colorectal fellowship at Kyungpook National University Hospital.

From 2015 to 2022, he served at Sheikh Khalifa Specialty Hospital, where he advanced from Consultant to Chair of the Oncology Center, contributing significantly to colorectal cancer care. In 2022, he further specialized in robotic colorectal surgery at Kyungpook National University Chilgok Hospital as a visiting physician and clinical professor.

Dr. Lee is committed to improving surgical outcomes through robotic and minimally invasive techniques. He is an active member of the Emirates Society of Colon and Rectal Surgery and the European Society of Coloproctology, and has published widely on advanced colorectal surgical care.
